UK orders placed before 5pm are processed the same day. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (free over £30, £3.99 under £30). Need it tomorrow? Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 next-day for £5. International delivery takes 5–12 working days (free over £60, £15 under), or 3–5 working days with Express for £20. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns on unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before posting anything back so we can guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Bespoke orders, earrings (for hygiene reasons) and sale items are non-refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
